Dispatch Situational Awareness App

The ‘Dispatch’ situational awareness application is a web based tool that provides agencies with the real-time “big picture”, of incident, resource, risk, and logistic information agency-wide, as well as extending that picture to other co-operating agencies. Presenting key information in a user defined and proven presentation, Dispatch combines real- time information and decision support tools to effectively manage wildfires and other incidents.

  • Dispatch integrates with any AFF (Automated Flight Following) compliant tracking device, as well as large range of other tracking communication devices including satellite, cellular, and radio (ex. P-25) hardware.
  • Dispatch provides an agency-wide common operating picture, including executive, headquarters, and regional operation centre and field / incident /mobile access.
  • Dispatch has a complete, integrated, incident management capability, or can be configured to integrate with your incident management system.
  • Dispatch integrates with your map information to provide a spatial display suited your specific needs. Support for WMS, ESRI, Google Earth, and other mapping platforms are included.
